Trey Kinsey

I am a Full-Time Worship Pastor in the local church. I have served in vocational ministry for almost twenty years and I served at my current church for 12
years. I currently oversee a successful and healthy worship ministry and team seventy staff and volunteers. Last year I published a book outlining all the
systems my team and I utilize in running the ministry. The book was aimed predominately at those just starting out as fellow worship leaders. I'm married and have two sons. I'm also an avid outdoorsman and I love to spend as much time outdoors as possible.

Marie Elkins

I am a semi-retired grandmother. My sons and their families live in other cities. My 86-year-old mother lives with me. She is in poor health and that limits the time I spend away from home. I am licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist but mainly teach yoga part time at a local studio, as well as a couple of free classes in the community. As you can see, I'm drawn to the healing arts and love to help people live a healthier life if I can, including teaching them about their magnificent bodies or directing them to other resources. (I want them to have a vested interest!)
As for my interests, I consider myself an information junkie on a lifelong quest of learning, therefore I generally read, or listen to audiobooks in my car, to
learn new information.

Shari Nicklow

I am a military spouse of twelve years with three beautiful rescue dogs. I am an avid reader of genres across the board, but I have weak spots for YA, dystopian, and romance books. English has always been my favorite subject, and I love to actively free write. I have followed a passion for making a difference in the life of kids by becoming a high school English teacher. I am just coming to a close on my first year, and I can confirm that it's just as hard and rewarding as they say it is. In my free time if I'm not cuddled up with a good book, I'm traveling, trying new restaurants, or volunteering.

Danniella

I’m Danniella and I am delighted to join the Sheltering Tree. Earth team.   I am a lifelong bookworm and an avid researcher who enjoys music, cuisine, fashion, art, film, and too many other things to mention.

I have a professional background in education, advertising/PR, consultancy, and coaching. I am also a trained holistic aromatherapist, using Chinese 5 Element methodology to achieve energetic balance and wellbeing.

In my career I have worked with all ages from very young children to older adults and across multiple media and audiences.  The common thread that draws all these experiences together is communication.  For me, effective communication depends on genuine connection, sustained by a sense of humour and wonder at the world.

My motivation as a Writing Coach is to use my knowledge and experience to support authors to express themselves fully, positively and with confidence in their chosen genre. Let’s hear your unique voice!

August Isley as Translator - French & Gaelic Irish

Languages We Accept

August Isley (Auggie to a very special few)is our Gaelic Irish translator. He loves to write reviews of various things that he finds interesting or useful, such as books, products, games, and charities. He likes to share his honest opinions and recommendations with his readers and hopes to inspire them to try new things or support good causes. Ever since he was a kid, he loved reading books of all kinds - fiction, nonfiction, poetry - you name it. But not just any books. He has a special fondness for quirky authors who write from their hearts and souls, who are not afraid to be different and original, who have something to say that no one else has said before.

Raised by his great-aunt  Rynagh and her Anim kara Euphemia in Ireland during the 1980's and 90's, August was immersed in all things Gaelic.

Is é August Isley (Auggie do chúpla duine an-speisialta) ár n-aistritheoir Gaeilge Gaeilge. Is breá leis léirmheasanna a scríobh ar rudaí éagsúla a fhaigheann sé suimiúil nó úsáideach, mar shampla leabhair, táirgí, cluichí, agus carthanais. Is maith leis a chuid tuairimí agus moltaí macánta a roinnt lena léitheoirí agus tá súil aige iad a spreagadh chun rudaí nua a thriail nó tacú le cúiseanna maithe. Riamh ó bhí sé ina pháiste, ba bhreá leis leabhair de gach cineál a léamh - ficsean, nonfiction, filíocht - ainmníonn tú é. Ach ní leabhair ar bith amháin.

Tá fondness speisialta aige d'údair quirky a scríobhann as a gcroí agus a n-anamacha, nach bhfuil eagla orthu a bheith difriúil agus bunaidh, a bhfuil rud éigin le rá acu nach bhfuil aon duine eile ráite roimhe seo.

Tógadh é ag a shin-aintín Rynagh agus a Anim kara Euphemia in Éirinn le linn na 1980idí agus na 90idí, bhí Lúnasa tumtha i ngach rud Gaelach.
