d. Support System – What supports (equipment, foundational skills, groups, money, etc.) are required to make this ministry work? Is it linked to a specific religion or denomination? If so, to whom? *

e. Application & Effects -- Each ministry attempts to evoke some change in those served and influence their thinking, spiritual beliefs, feelings, social interactions, or behavioral choices in some way so that those changes can be transferred to their liv *
